cog-install -gui -module gt2 gt4 ... -jvm <path> -src -compile [-binary]

  • -gui invokes the gui
  • -module list of all the modules that one likes to install if not specified the default will be: TBD
  • -jvm path to the JVM

exists with 0 or 1 dependent if its successful or not


In the log we print also user.home and user.home/.globus. Note that jglobus does not allow toinstall it somewhere else
