  • Using Abstractions: The Java CoG Kit Abstraction Guide describes the abstraction API including jobsubmission, filetransfer, and task graphs. Note, however that the Karajan workflow which is documented elsewhere gives you an alternative way of specifying worklfows. Karajan uses the abstractions.
