- Using Abstractions: The Java CoG Kit Abstraction Guide describes the abstraction API including jobsubmission, filetransfer, and task graphs. Note, however that the Karajan workflow which is documented elsewhere gives you an alternative way of specifying worklfows. Karajan uses the abstractions.
- Using Commandline Tools: The Java CoG Kit Commandline Tools Guide list the commandline tools available as part of the Java CoG Kit.
