Karajan Demonstration

The following images show the execution of Karajan GUI desktop

Starting Karajan from command prompt

The file cog-workflow-gui should be launched from the command prompt. Assuming the CoG Kit is deployed in E:\src\cog this file is located in the directory indicated in the screenshot.

The Karajan GUI Desktop would look like this:

Loading a workflow

Click on the File menu and select "Load". Now select an example from the directory E:\src\cog\dist\cog-4_1_4\examples\karajan

Execution

Once the example loads, click on the Start tab at the top of Karajan Desktop.

The execution of a simple example is demonstrated here, where some details are filled by the user.

use a name such as John Doe (GaTeam)

Output

Once the details are provided, these appear on the DOS Prompt as well.

use a name such as John Doe (GaTeam)
please doublecheck this with the newest version of the CoG Kit from the CVS. E.g. do a CVS update and do a new ant dist.

Successful completion

Once the execution is complete, a message is displayed which indicated that the execution was successful.
