Purpose
This document is here because the Wiki task mechanism is broken. Instead we will include on this page the proposed actions. Each Acton has a Section header and when one action item is done we simply write done in front of it.
Wiki cleanup
Our system administrators updated the Wiki and in this process the tasks mechanism has been broken. We will no longer use it. Instead this page will be used to organize the tasks. It will be necessary to only edit small portions of this document.
Which features will disappear in the new wiki?
- namespaces (we can not rely on this in future)
- tasks (broken now)
- cogkit skin (broken now)
- all other non standard mediawiki features
Tasks:
- move all namespace documents to normal documents
- fix the background issue
- fix all pages with tasks in them. This may require the set up of a new wiki and a copy of every single page by hand over.
- a new wiki would also allow to remove some of the wikinames that were left by spammers.
SVN
Goal: The CoG Kit code is now entirely maintained in an SVN directory. We will move portions of the SVN code once we have time into the GT SVN. However due to the problems with the Mediawiki this is low priority.

Tasks:
- identify the directories that should be removed
- discuss with Matt bone and Mike the reduction of the modules to only a few.
